Club One Concierge: Your Right-Hand Man (Or Woman)

Shan Davis knows what it’s like to be a successful (and potentially overwhelmed) businesswoman. She’s made it to the top, traveled the world, and called the shots. And now she’s working to make that lifestyle all the more doable for everyone else.

Meet Club One Concierge, Davis’ brainchild, a lifestyle management company that has set out to simplify the tasks of the soccer mom, the CEO, and everyone in between. Davis answered a few of our questions on what it’s like to own a business and what Club One can do for you.

What inspired you to start Club One Concierge?

Until last year when I started Club One, I was travelling continuously as a global marketing executive. When I’d arrive home, my house was in complete disarray: no gas in the car, unpaid bills, plants were dead and nothing to eat in the fridge. Life just piled up on me and I didn’t have anyone who I trusted to keep me organized.

What makes this business unique from other outsourcing companies?

Our business is unique because we are truly a one-stop shop. With the help of our Preferred Provider network, we have a rolodex of vendors standing by to assist clients with anything they need. For example, if a client needs a lawyer, graphic designer or plumber, we know who to call and we manage the entire process. Currently, I am managing two interior design projects for a client as well as performing the tactical duties of a personal assistant. People are amazed at what we can do –which is almost anything that is legal and ethical.

How does Club One cater to big businesses as well as provide personal, day-to-day services?

We roll up into large corporations’ benefits packages as an added perk, similar to a gym membership or other benefits corporations may offer its employees. For example, when new employees are on-boarded through HR, they receive a certain number of hours of our time to use at their discretion. The company pre-pays hours from Club One for the employee to use at any time. All unused hours are accrued. Our niche is that in addition to personal assistant services, we also have a team that handles marketing requests.

What kind of impact do you hope to make in the lives of people and corporations?

My clients often tell me that Club One has greatly impacted and simplified their lives. Once a company, family or individual brings us on board and experiences the value we bring, we are relied upon greatly; we become family.

What is your hope for the future of Club One?

That Club One will become a household name, synonymous with trust, confidentiality and professionalism. It is also my goal to license the brand in several larger cities.
